Stewards of the Forest
Custodians of Kaya
Our team is made up of local guides and community custodians who have grown up alongside the forest and continue to protect it through knowledge, tradition, and daily stewardship. Their connection to Kaya Kinondo is both personal and generational, shaping every experience they share with visitors.
The Kaya Kinondo Conservation and Development CBO has 49 members, of which 30 are women. We are proud to be an inclusive organization championing gender equity and youth participation in our activities.
